Board Convenes Executive Session on Planning Board Personnel

NY PUTNAM — Putnam Town Board convenes special meeting on Planning Board personnel. Supervisor Darlene Kerr called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. with Councilwoman Carole Schneider, Councilman Rick Bezio, Councilman Mark Karlson, and Councilman Charles Bain, Sr. present. The board unanimously voted to enter executive session to discuss matters pertaining to appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a person or persons currently serving or being considered for the Planning Board, in accordance with New York State Public Officers Law.
The executive session ran approximately two hours, from 6:08 p.m. to 8:01 p.m., but no action was taken during the closed session.
